Alternative Pest Control provides pest control services for both residential and commercial customers. We offer professional and courteous service at reasonable prices. Our technicians are trained and experienced in locating and eliminating pests in your home or office. Our goal is to stop your immediate problem as soon as possible with the initial service and to develop a maintenance program that best meets your needs. Our prices are based on square footage.

Contracts

Georgia law requires us to get a contract signed for each address we treat. Our contracts are designed to create a schedule of service to meet the individual needs of our customers. The schedule will typically be on an every other month or quarterly basis. Even though we set up the schedule in our computer, our contract states: Your obligation is for services rendered only. This agreement shall continue until cancelled by either party. Many other companies require a long-term contract…we don’t! After your schedule has been established, you can choose which type of service you prefer: Inside as Needed or Traditional.

One-Time, Initial or Re-Start Service

This type of service is a thorough treatment designed to control the immediate pest problem and prepare for on-going preventative maintenance. This service is guaranteed to be effective for one month. Prices for these services are higher than quarterly maintenance services because they require more chemical and more time.

Every Other Month or Quarterly

Inside as-Needed Services
We first offered this effective and efficient approach fifteen years ago and today it is our Preferred Service! The advantages of this service are two-fold: less chemical is needed inside your home and the treatment can be performed even if you are not home.

Many insects such as ants, spiders, roaches, and fleas are just outside, ready to come in. We treat entry points such as windows, doors, under eaves, and the mulch areas around the perimeter of or home or office. Should you have a problem inside between services, we will arrange to come inside and do whatever is necessary to take care of the problem

The costs of both the inside as needed and the traditional treatment are the same because what we save in time by not having to go inside we spend on increased chemical costs on the exterior treatment.

Traditional
Some customers prefer that we come inside and perform a crack and crevice treatment every service. This focuses on the inside treating around doors and windows and under and behind furniture and appliances.

Route Discounts
If we include your service on a route, we can be more efficient, and therefore, offer a discount. To be included on a route, you must be able to receive service according to a quarterly or every other month schedule and allow us to set the date and time.
